Visitors are always welcome at our surf, bowling and golf clubs and enjoy dining at our many local restaurants and cafes counted amongst some of the best on the Gold Coast. Burleigh Heads local market day is held along the beach front on the last Sunday of each month and the popular Rip Curl, Billabong and Cult showrooms are only a 5 minute drive away. David Fleay Wildlife Park is located in a secluded bushland haven at West Burleigh and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is also close by at Currumbin. DreamWorld

Dreamworld is the Gold Coast’s favourite ride-based amusement park with plenty to see and do for adults and kids alike; take the plunge on one of the awesome BIG 9 thrill rides, let the kids enjoy themselves in the Wiggles World, see your favourite cartoon characters from the likes of Shrek and Kung Fu Panda and much, much more.

Whales In Paradise

Cruise along the waters off the Gold Coast spotting migrating humpback whales as they travel up and down the east coast. This scenic cruise departing Surfers Paradise will get you up close to these majestic animals as they swim and play in the waters just off the coast.

Out on the water for around 3 hours, you’ll be treated to spectacular views of the beautiful Gold Coast region while also keeping your eye out for breaching, spy hopping and tail slapping humpback whales. Aboard a purpose built whale watching vessel, you’ll be able to look out from the various platforms to spot whales, however, if you’re cruise doesn’t have sightings you’ll be invited back on another cruise completely free of charge.
